SPINACH KOOTU(KEERA KOOTU)(



Ingredients:
spinach – 2 cups packed
Cooked toor dal – 1/4 cup
Grated fresh coconut – ½ cup
Red chillies- 3 to 4
Jeera—1 teaspoon

red chilles – 2 or 3 split into 2 pieces
mustard seeds – 1/4 tea spoon
coconutoil – 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
boiled rice—1 spoon
grind the cocunut with red chillies and jeera and keep aside
Boil the keerai with salt and turmeric powder with very less water.
Then add the grind coconut paste into the this mixture of keerai
After that in a kadai heat the oil. And fry mustard seeds, rice and red chillies and add and serve
