Chicken - 1 kg cut into medium sizes
Big onion - ½ kg cut into thin slices
Ginger garlic paste - 1 sp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tb sp
Clean the chicken pieces, drain water & keep aside
*Take a non stick kadai, heat the oil
*Add onions, fry till light brown colour
*Add giner garlic paste, mix well..
*Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt.
Fry all in low flame.
After 2 mts add chicken piece.. mix well and cover it for 10 mts
Open the cover, stir and mix well.
Fry till dry, add half tsp pepper powder for the flavor
